Job Summary

  • Carry the recruitment activities in order to ensure that the best candidates are selected for each role.
  • Need to make sure that recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost effective and in accordance company policies and standards.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms and internal database.
  • Liaising with internal department to complete the hiring process
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to analyse the hiring trends.
  • Fostering good relationships with Potential & offered candidates.
  • Provide analytical and well informative recruitment insights to the management team.

Required Skills

  • Masters degree in human resource management (or related field)
  • 3+ years experience in IT recruitment.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office & application tracking system
  • Familiarity with job boards, databases and current hiring trends
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategy
  • Should have excellent English communication & Interpersonal skill
  • Should have good problem solving & analytical skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Should be able to work in TAT
