Job Summary

We a seeking a proactive and confident Purchase Coordinator to assist a dynamic team working for a UK based retail design and fit out company.
The candidate should be have meticulous attention to detail, have some purchasing, data entry and updating experience, should be able to manage various tasks and must be able to follow the company systems.
A good and clear telephone voice is key as this role is largely focused on liaising with suppliers and dealers in the UK.
Interested candidates should have excellent MS Office Skills, some knowledge of Sage/AutoCAD would also be beneficial.

This role requires a candidate who can consistently deliver, must be able to work to deadlines and support the team to meet all project goals in line with the company principles and vision.


  • Tele communication.
  • Calling suppliers to get quotations for purchase orders.
  • To raise purchase orders into sage line 50 accounts.
  • To chase timely deliveries and get POD.
  • Daily/weekly reports.
  • Researching on new materials and resourcing new suppliers.

Required Skills

  • 1.5+ year experience in customer service/purchase & data processing.
  • Must have excellent English speaking skills.
  • Must be able to talk confidently over the phone.
  • Must have multitasking skills.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel & Ms office.
  • Sage line 50 knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • UK experience would be an added asset to the profile.
