Job Summary

  • Review and understand open job positions.
  • Source and screen resumes for positions in E-Marketing and Information Technology.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates till the final decision of hiring is done.
  • Conduct telephones interviews to further qualify applicants for all open positions.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
  • Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize various social media avenues for recruitment.
  • Employee Database Management 
  • Documentation and completion of joining formalities (Induction, Introductions etc.) and exit formalities. 
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Employee training and development
  • Co-coordinating and conducting the performance reviews of employees. 
  • Assisting management team in day-to-day administration activities.
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures as and when required.
  • Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
  • Proactively lead Employee Engagement activities 
  • Vendor management wherever required

Required Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience performing in recruiting
  • Should have experience in both technical and non-technical recruitment 
  • Experience using online recruiting sources for job postings and resume sourcing (Monster, Naukri, and LinkedIn etc.)
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Must be organized, extremely detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well individually and within a team
  • Excel as a self-starter and problem solver
