Job Summary

  • Meet our customer-centric targets/SLA's through the provision of excellent customer experience across all customer channels and touch points (email, phone, live chat).
  • Responding to customer contacts and solving any issues in a helpful, empathic manner
  • Processing orders and accurately input and document actions within the CRM while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Head of Customer Services.

Required Skills

  • Experience in international customer services, minimum 2 years.
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)li>
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good Communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure, be self-driven, proactive and solution focusedli>
